Prince of Wales road has been known as one of the most dangerous roads in the country. Safe Haven City Response is an organisation run by volunteers that operates on a friday and saturday night between 10pm and 4am to provide help and shelter to those in need.
In wind, rain and even the recent Beast from the East volunteers were helping Norwich’s homeless community and providing care for those on a night out.
